With the desire to grow their business, while also having a young child, also meant we needed to get everything streamlined to save as much time as possible.
We rebuilt their client experience with intention. I implemented clear, repeatable workflows for weddings, engagement sessions, couples sessions, and returning clients so nothing fell through the cracks. From there, we elevated the client experience with fully branded forms using custom code, smart conditional logic, and thoughtful internal reminders that support their team on busy wedding days.
