Kirstyn was spending too much time flipping between emails, tabs, and manually entering client information into documents. She had been experimenting with Dubsado but realized she needed a fully integrated system that could keep everything in one place. Our goal was to streamline her booking process, help her manage a high volume of clients more efficiently, and establish clear boundaries within her business.
We focused on making scheduling seamless, implementing multiple schedulers to handle the many fittings required for each client. This allowed brides to book their appointments easily without the constant back-and-forth. To simplify the client experience, we set up a system where they could select a package and move forward without confusion. While the final cost of alterations was still calculated in person, we built workflows that made it easy to add the final amount to their invoice with minimal manual steps.
