Raven had a full Dubsado setup back in 2022, but as her team grew and her brand evolved, her proposal needed a serious upgrade. She was constantly editing layouts to show different offerings, which disrupted the flow and made the form feel clunky.
We redesigned her proposal from the ground up using custom code and conditional logic. Now, Raven has a beautiful proposal to send to her clients. We used conditional logic to hide a long list of what is included and only present it when needed. Clients can simply check off which offerings they want to see in depth and the layout adjusts seamlessly. Each offering includes a toggle feature so clients can flip between a brief description and detailed inclusions.
The Result: A modern, user-friendly proposal that matches the elevated experience Raven is known for is easy to update on the backend and beautifully designed for every couple who receives it.
What we accomplished in Dubsado:
- Built a fully custom-coded proposal form to match her elevated brand fonts, colors, and images
- Added conditional logic so only selected offerings appear (1, 2, or 3 packages)
- Created toggle sections to show/hide detailed inclusions for a clean layout
- Included images of her team so couples know who they’ll be working with
- Customized pricing display to show “$X.XX + tax” while keeping backend totals accurate
