If you’ve been in the online business world for more than five minutes, you already know there’s always another tool promising to save your sanity, streamline your workflow, or turn your laptop into a magical productivity machine.
But every now and then, you stumble on something that actually makes a difference. So today, I’m sharing the online tools I swear by. My real non-negotiables. The ones I recommend to my clients, students, and honestly… anyone who stands still long enough to hear about them.

There’s a reason why Showit websites are the fave among the creatives. You get total design freedom—drag, drop, tweak, create—without ever touching a line of code. And when you pair it with WordPress for blogging, you get the best combo out there: limitless visual flexibility and powerful SEO that actually works. Check out SHOWIT here

I have said this a thousand times and I’ll keep saying it: email is the one part of your marketing you fully own. Social algorithms change daily, but your list is yours forever. Flodesk has been my go-to because it’s simple, it’s clean, and it lets you create beautiful emails without needing to be a designer. Their workflows are intuitive, their forms come in all designs, and their pricing is competitive.

I genuinely don’t know how small business owners functioned without it. One of my favorite online tools for entrepreneurs, Canva, is where I create social graphics, course materials, lead magnets, presentations, you name it. The templates are creative, the brand kits keep everything consistent, and the ability to quickly repurpose content saves me hours every single week. And just do yourself a favor and pay for Pro, it’s worth every penny.

This one has to be one of the most used online tools for creatives! When you’re running a business–especially one with a team–you need a central place for everything: documents, images, video, spreadsheets, you name it. Google Drive is great because I can use it on the go with my devices but also it’s so easily collaborative!

If you’re in the market for a new bank, Novo is who I have used for years! Their interface is clean and it’s built for small business owners (not massive corporations). If you’re ready for a bank that supports how you actually work, especially as a creative, this is the one I recommend.
